Having worked in New Zealand, Australia and 8 other countries, I quickly understand your needs and start to add value.

I improve manufacturers’ performance through S&OP, Business Planning, Supply Chain Improvement and Lean manufacturing. Mentoring managers to achieve outstanding results.

 

My other passion is identifying improvement opportunities in Veterinary practices by benchmarking business performance. I’ve worked with vet practices since 2006.
